Anyone with Vista 32bit Version this tip applies to you!

If you want the 64bit version of your software without paying anymore money just simply download your relavent version of vista in 64bit and install it using your legit 32bit cd key!

The advantage of having 64bit is that you can have upto 16gb of Memory instead of the pitiful 3gb that 32bit offers.

I have done this 3 times on friends machines now and it works everytime!

There was even one case where i had to phone up microsoft to activate it and they activated it in a heart beat!

I know its a little bit of messing about "BUT" you get so much out of the 64 bit architecture.

I am currently running @ 6gb DDR2 800mhz and its ridicules how fast my machine is!

well its abit of a taboo but vista 32 and 64bit are the exact same price so thats why they turn a blind eye to it

suppose they'd rather you spend £150 on a new copy but you already own the 32bit
